Take advantage of a good time!

Until September 23 Sun and Mercury will be favourable. Saturn in the sign brings seriousness and austerity, especially for those born in the first decade. Since Saturn is the Governor of the sign, though, and it is affected by a good Uranus, the cuts it brings can be not only positive, but somehow desired too.

Astrology shows you a possibility, the rest is up to you. Hatha-yoga works on individual development and self-awareness, so that thoughts and actions are coherent and in harmony. This allows you to meet what you want without unnecessary waste of energy. When the process of opening the chakras (chakra-bhedana) arrives at the viśuddha, the fifth chakra, you are grounded in yourself, able to express yourself correctly without fear, without inhibition, aware of how and how much you wants to expose.

If there is something you want to assert, something to change, Capricorn, do it now. The moment is good to express your skills and your potential. Strengthens your self-affirmation with this sequence:

Sarvānga-āsana, all limbs pose. A direct work on the fifth chakra. The position turns you upside down, but it shows you that all your limbs depend on you. You support yourself. // From 1 to 5 min.

Matsya-āsana, fish pose. The correct compensation for the previous position. Fishes represents the contents of the unconscious (lower intestine). Let them come to the surface, opening your lower abdomen; face them with courage and joy, opening your chest and heart; express them by opening your throat. // From 1 to 2 min.

Concentration. Sit in a meditative position and take some time to relax your muscles. Get in touch with your heart and start thinking about what your talents are. Be sincere, honest and humble, without judgment. Think about your true talents and look for the most grounded, strongest, most characterizing of your true nature. Think if you are really exploiting this talent and how you can make it even more fruitful. Listen to the feelings that gives you the recognition of this nature of yours and the possibility of expressing it fully in this life. // From 5 to 15 min.
