A prominent Venus!

Venus is in Scorpio for most of the month, in opposition both to Taurus and to the great Uranus. This usually indicates a bit of vivacity and turmoil in relationships, but it can mark the strengthening of a relationship either. For sure it will be a lively month for love!

Love is everything, love is everywhere, bhakti-yoga would teach. According to the mystical physiology of hatha-yoga however, love has a precise location: in the svādhisthāna-chakra as far as attraction is concerned; in the anāhata-chakra as the seat of unconditional love.

My advice, Taurus, is to enjoy this month with its ups and downs and possible twists, keeping the wheels (chakras) well-functioning and working to get the best out of the situation. This short sequence will help you:

Setubandha-āsana, bridge pose. Open your heart and build a bridge between you and the other. United and open you can have fun! // 1-2 min.

Paścimottāna-āsana, stretch of the west or back of body. Let the ego surrender and enjoy with confidence what life offers you. // From 2 to 5 minutes.

Vriksha-āsana, tree pose. Stable on your legs, as you know it is you. Centered on yourself, but with the heart open to the other. It sinks well your roots and you can also face the storms. // 1 min per side.

TOTAL TIME: from 4 to 9 minutes.
