Make way for the new!
Sun square can can generate some crisis. Mercury square could give some irritability too. The challenges you feel, Capricorn, towards what you want to build are a test: Saturn and Pluto conjunction asks you to let go of the old to make way for the new; Uranus helps you to carry the long-awaited changes forward.
The word parināma indicates change. More specifically, it indicates the suffering related to change, because changing always costs some effort, even when it’s a change for better. Change is part of evolution and as such intrinsic of matter, intrinsic of nature.
You just need some courage, Capricorn. You can not evolve if you do not accept and support change. Build your strength with this sequence:
Vīrabhadra-āsana, warrior II. Vīrabhadra is one of Śiva’s terrifying forms. Fierce, but fair in fighting for his cause. Symbol of courage, determination and self-assertion, the position reflects these qualities, which can be strongly felt during its execution. // 1-2 min per side.
Vīrabhadra-āsana, third variation. Learn how to stay firm in instability. // 1-2 min per side.
Utkata-āsana, literally the unstable pose, but known as the powerful pose and the yogic chair too. Strong and firm on your legs, try to relax in this instability and in this effort. You will find your self-confidence. // From 30 sec. to 1 min.
TOTAL TIME: from 5 to 9 minutes.
