If the water element is active, disease is due to an imbalance of the dosas. In the fie element it is due to a disturbance of Goddess Shaking or an ancestral fault» (Śiva-svarodaya, 315).

Enterprising spirit!

The beautiful trine of Saturn, Uranus and Pluto with your Sun allows you to counteract the negative effects of Neptune opposition. When Neptune leads to debilitation and risk of disease, Pluto gives you great physical energy and good health. When Neptune risks to mentally weaken you in front of others, Saturn gives you strength and mental security. It’s the right time to improve your work and health and to undertake new studies or physical activities.

Manipūra is the third of the seven main chakras. Its name literally means “city of jewels”. It is associated with fire and sun, symbols of energy and strength. Will and passion springs from Manipūra. It is said that the yogi, who is withdrawn in meditation on this chakra, obtains the power to defeat diseases, to deceive death and to discover treasures.

Three great planets help you, Virgo, but they are rigorous and give nothing for free. Work hard for your health and for carrying out your projects. Strengthen your will with this short sequence:

Chaturangadanda-āsana, four limbed staff. Feel strong. Strong arms make you feel that you can take action and get what you want. // From 30 sec to 1 min.

Parivrittajānuśirsha-āsana, revolved head-to-knee forward bend. A strong work on the abdomen and on the third chakra. // 1-2 min. on the side.

Virabhadra-āsana,  warrior III. Well balanced on your legs, but reaching towards your plans. // 1-2 min. on the side.

TOTAL TIME: from 5 to 9 minutes.
