«The knowledge of formal or generic existence is by perception; of things beyond the senses by inference; that which cannot be determined by this (method) and cannot be perceived must be determined by fitting means.» (Sāmkhya-kārikā,6).
Sensitive and thoughtful!
Neptune will stay on Pisces for several years with his pros and cons. On the positive side it makes you sensitive and considerate towards others and opens you towards metaphysical and existential questions, giving you depth of spirit. If, however, you are not willing to look at this side of life, then you can end up lying to yourself (and consequently to others) or having psychosomatic problems. In this case Jupiter and Venus square could be a further risk: the first makes you arrogant, the second lazy. Accept the good side of Neptune, Pisces, and the other two planets will become a force in this beginning of the year!
In several ancient texts the concept is reaffirmed that there is a level of knowledge that can only be acquired through meditation and in no other way.
There are deep knowledge of you that you have no idea about, Pisces. What would happen if suddenly they emerged? Treasure the energy and hidden knowledge that you can release.
Investigate within yourself with this short sequence:
Kūrma-āsana, turtle pose. Withdraw as the turtle withdraws its limbs and head. If you do not reach the feet with you forehead, use a support to rest your head. Make the position comfortable. Observe the flow of thoughts and look where it takes you. // 2-3 min.
Dhārmika-āsana, devotee pose. It’s a typical prostration pose. Never forget that there is something bigger than you, something you can not control. // From 1 to 3 min.
Visualisation. Relax in a meditative position. Take some time to relax all your muscles. Imagine you are sitting on a flying carpet. It rises from the ground and takes you out of the house, towards the sky, towards the sun. The air is pleasant, the sun’s rays heat you up. Pass over the ocean. You see an island, observe its shape. You decide to go down. It’s a peaceful, quiet place. Walk on the beach. The sea is calm. There is only you and you can do whatever you want: explore the island, enter the water, relax, etc. When it’s time to come back, pick up your carpet and fly back to where you came from. You find yourself again in the room in a meditative position. See how you feel. // From 5 to 15 min.
TOTAL TIME: from 8 to 21 minutes.
MANTRA of the MONTH: «I am curious about myself».
