The way in which breath moves in the body reveals the state of health of the organism’s apparatuses and systems. Identifying respiratory blockages and increasing the flow in certain parts of the body thus becomes a way to restore physical balance. On the other hand, mind plays a fundamental role in the formation of respiratory flow blocks. It is therefore necessary to understand how the mind influences the body, to learn a constructive modality of thought organisation and finally to induce a state of positive inner calm.

A way will be proposed to achieve the aforementioned objectives. In the morning seminar we will first explore breath in the body and then move on to a physical practice, which is at the same time a reflection on the reason of anxious states. In the afternoon seminar, on the other hand, āsanas and meditative techniques will be used to understand how to manage one’s mind in relation to  everyday life.
