«Perfection (siddhi) derives from obstruction of obfuscation» (Shiva-sūtra, 3.6).

Confusion and uncertainty are mental elements that can be contained or eliminated through the practice of concentration. This is what yoga can do for you this month, Gemini, as long as you exercise. Neptune square, which gives you a sense of loss, combined with Jupiter opposition could give you anxiety about your material well-being. Mercury makes you frantic and nervous, and the Sun is asking you to validate what you have in your mind. The risk is a burnout.

So I would take advantage of the quieter first half of the month to set up a good work routine. You can build yourself a sādhana, a lifestyle for the realization of yoga, which is appropriate to your character and fit your commitments, but still with some discipline. With your mind concentrated, it will be easier to block that “obfuscation” that confuses you with ideas and refining your projects.

Even just a few minutes a day can help you reach this goal:

Baka-āsana, crane pose. A pose to test your concentration and commitment // From 30 sec. to 1 min.

Anuloma-Viloma prānāyāma, literally natural-unnatural breath, also called nādī-śuddhi or nādī-śodhana, or purification of the canals. Use this technique to clarify and stabilize your mind. It is a great example of commitment and discipline. Try to exhale twice the time of the inhalation! // From 3 to 10 min.

Concentration. Sit in a meditative position. Relax all your muscles. Calm your breath. Now direct your mind. Think of the last time your attitude created you a problem. Do not judge. Look only at the situation. Go back in time and look for similar situations in memory, from the most insignificant to the most important. Do not judge. Limit yourself to observe facts. // From 5 to 15 min.
