Buddhi – intellect

«For one thus satisfied [in Kåñëa consciousness], the threefold miseries of material existence exist no longer; in such satisfied consciousness, one’ s intelligence is soon well established» (Bhagavad – gītā, 2.65)

In general buddhi is referred to as the reasoning intellect, the wise part of the mind that does not let itself be carried away by emotions. When through buddhi you understand how to achieve peace, consequently you find inner stability.

In these years of deep reflections, Pisces, maybe April brings you some relief. Relationship and communications should be good. Easter promises to be a pleasant moment of meeting with your loved one, since the moon forms a beautiful trine with your sign.

You just have to pay attention to the fire of Mars and the excess of Jupiter: together they could give rise to fierce clashes, which however have no reason to exist. They depend on how you take things. This is where buddhi comes into play!

Maintain discernment with this short sequence:

Kūrma-āsana, turtle pose. Take a moment to withdraw into yourself. Observe the flow of thoughts and see where it takes you.  // From 1 to 3 min.

Mālā-āsana, garland pose. For patience. // 1-2 min.

Ājnā kriyā, cleansing of the third eye. In any position, at any time, keep your mind relaxed and clear. Be aware of your mental state. See if you prefer to turn your thumb clockwise or counterclockwise. Repeat it several times a day. // 1 min.
