The journey of self-discovery through the classical paths of spirituality goes on. Every spiritual path takes into consideration and develops a particular aspect of human life. All of them have in common a fundamental point: to make man a better being and make him happier.

After having meditated on some of the most important existential questions through the teachings of the East, now our attention turns to the reflections of the West. Each meeting will be based on one of the great paths of the West, looking at its answer to the great questions of life.

In the first workshops we will reflect on what our principles are, to which interior law we obey. In the second meeting the question will instead concern the prominence of the ego and the disposition to surrender the ego to live in a state of peace, grace and security. The third will help us understand our capacity to love. Finally, in the fourth and last workshop, the question will be asked about whether and how much we are able to reason with our heads, developing critical thinking for opening the mind. In each seminar the precepts and symbols of the classic paths will be addressed and represented in a modern and yogic way to understand them not only with the mind, but also and above all with the body, so that the experience becomes not only an enrichment of notions, but a inner acquisition.
