Capricorn

Cittavikshepa – distract mind

«A dissatisfied, despairing body and unsteady inhalation and exhalation accompany the distractions» (Yoga-sūtra, I,31).

There is something that makes you uncomfortable, Capricorn. Something that makes you nervous and that manifests itself in relationships. You feel perhaps stuck and with too much responsibility for the moment.

It’s probably to be something deep, rooted in the unconscious, something that you’ve been carrying for long time. You need to find this root of dissent within yourself, otherwise you end up getting nervous with those around you, even if it is not necessarily their fault. You should have the opportunity to deepen this research this month and you should take advantage of it, because you could now understand things that you never understood before and that disturb you from the depths. If you do a good job, you will immediately feel the fruits with better relationships in the second half of the month. Despite having perhaps an afterthought at the end of the month, when the moon goes in a dissonant position, you will find that you can release what you have left to emerge through creative energy.

Face your unconscious in this short sequence:

Matsya-āsana, fish pose. Open your pelvis and lower part of the abdomen, your heart and throat. Fish represent unconscious contents, let them emerge. // 1-2 min.

Bhujanga-āsana, snake pose. The snake can take and digest big bites withhout difficulty. It periodically changes its skin and thus it is a symbol of regeneration. Observe how you have been able to transform yourself over time. You will still be.  // From 30 sec. to 1 min.

Upavisthakona-āsana, downwards open angle. Try to relax your hips, let them open. If you do not arrive with your forehead on the ground, relax your head on a support. Let yourself go and see how you feel. // 2 – 4 min.

TOTAL TIME: from 4 to 7 minutes.

MANTRA of the MONTH: «I look inside myself».
