«Abdomen rotation»
So much easier is the twist
if in that point
the breath persist.
SOLUTION:
HEMITHORAX
In this pose the breath spontaneously goes into the abdomen. Jathara-parivartana-āsana, abdomen rotation, is in fact an excellent massage and drainage for the abdominal internal organs. The breath is felt, however, in the chest too, which must be well open (shoulders flat on the ground). If the breath is directed in the hemithorax, the opposite to where the legs are positioned (ex. Legs to the right, breath in the left hemithorax), trying to expand this area with inhalation, the following exhalation will make the pelvis rotates more easily. The legs will surrender a little more to the ground (especially the leg that is above, which often remains suspended).
