Gahana – depht

«The intricacies of action are very hard to understand. Therefore one should know properly what action is, what forbidden action is, and what inaction is» (Bhagavad-gītā, 4.17).

Gahana is one of the best words to describe the unconscious, even if it does not directly mean unconscious. Consider its meanings: deep, dense, impervious, impenetrable, difficult to understand, inexplicable, mysterious, grave, dignified, passionate, full of love, strong; difficult, causing pain or problems; and gahana is also an abyss, depth, an impenetrable forest, a hiding place or a cave. Gahana is the act of diving too.

It’s your birthday month, Gemini. Even if Mercury leaves you on the 4th, you won’t have any problems with your gab, making you loved and appreciated for the whole month since you have Venus on your side. However, try to use this fascination not for superficial conquests, but for something that can help you fill deeper needs. If you think you can overcome the uncertainties with temporary satisfactions, those will come back stronger than before. The Sun helps you regain strength, Gemini, gives you positivity and opportunities, take advantage of it to dive deep into yourself and re-emerge stronger, dignified and passionate, gahana.

Observe yourself deeply with this sequence:

Matsya-āsana, fish pose. Open your pelvis and lower part of the abdomen, your heart and throat. Fish represent unconscious contents, let them emerge. // 1-2 min.

Kūrma-āsana, turtle pose. Take a moment to withdraw into yourself. Observe the flow of thoughts and see where it takes you. // From 1 to 3 minutes.

Concentration. Sit in a meditative pose and take some time to relax all your muscles. Think of all the events of the day, what you said, done, felt and how you reacted to such events, the emotions you experienced, even the most subtle, the nuances … until the moment you arrived here to sit down. Observe how you feel now. // From 5 a 15 min.

TOTAL TIME: from 7 to 20 minutes

MANTRA OF THE MONTH: «I see myself in my evolution».
