Upon request and with great pleasure I resume the journey of self-discovery through the traditional spiritual paths. Every spiritual path takes into consideration and develops a particular aspect of human life. Everyone has in common a fundamental point: to make man a better being, happier and in harmony with his surroundings.
After having faced the classic paths of East and West last year, we turn our gaze to the west towards those forgotten and yet so spiritually rich and so much in contact with nature civilizations, the pre-Columbian civilizations.
The search will take place as usually through the body: the āsanas will serve as symbols to better enter into the personality of the myths and to understand the beliefs of those civilizations, imprinting the main concepts directly in the body. In this way the theory becomes practical and the practice becomes experience. Experience, having to do with the spiritual dimension, becomes a profound inner enrichment.
