Prasanna-cetasa – having a happy mind
«For one thus satisfied [in consciousness], the threefold miseries of material existence exist no longer; in such satisfied consciousness, one’ s intelligence is soon well established» (Bhagavad – gītā, 2.65)
I already proposed this to you several months ago, Pisces. Then I recommended that you use buddhi, your reasoning intellect (the judgment of pacified thought) to find stability. Now it is perhaps a bit easier to keep your mind stable, because you should find optimism and serenity precisely.
As I said last month, you still have a lot to do. Stress from hectic activities will still be there, but something inside you has changed. Thanks to Mars in conjunction, you manage to face everything with more optimism and serenity. Perhaps you can understand the mistakes of the past and then direct you to a more appropriate path. Then, despite your tiredness, you can prove to yourself that what you are doing is valid and right for you.
IN PRACTICE

Look around, stay with your chest open and your back extended. Calm, go and do! Practice this pose as a stimulus as many times as you can this month.
Awareness exercise
Look for serenity every moment you can this month. Remember it with a breath. Every free minute, every moment of waiting, for every negative thought, but also for every positive thought, take a long deep breath, exhale with satisfaction and calm.
