Viyoga – separation
«That state of severance from union with misery is known as yoga» (Bhagavad-gītā, 6.23).
Don’t worry Libra, I’m not talking about physical separations. I refer to emotional separations, but not in a strict sense. You must separate yourself not from people, but from even minor traumas or sufferings, which in some way disturb your serenity.
Often we are fond of our suffering, because it is something known, something that we have become accustomed to and that therefore gives us a kind of security. Sometimes it can be very tiring to undertake a path to abandon suffering. For centuries, techniques and theories have been developed to understand how to do it.
Therefore Libra take courage! The moment is propitious, opportunities for reflection can arise from pleasant episodes too. Letting go of some preconceptions will have positive effects in all spheres of your life and that will make you move forward more confidently.
