didactic and ethical elements.

An in-depth study for yoga teachers and for those who, although not teaching, have completed a training course.

In the seminar, didactic bases will be given to learn how to structure a lesson and a course with balanced criteria of harmony, efficiency and above all respect for the students.

Accurate teaching planning and attention to detail in the communication methodology add important training elements to the yoga class. The more a teacher is prepared on a didactic level, the more the student will benefit from it in terms of relaxation and ease of approach to practice. From a simple relaxing experience, the practice can become formative and make the student grow at various levels, from physical to mental to spiritual, without asking for any particular effort on his part.

The six hours of the day will allow to evaluate the general principles of the various phases of the lesson.

The seminar is a first opportunity for further study and opens up the possibility of starting a teaching master in the following months to explore the topic even more in detail.
