YOGA HOLIDAY in ASSISI

From 09th to 12th JULY 2020

A formula that I like very much and that pleases everyone: those who want to retire from the world for a few days and focus only on themselves and on the practice and those who love to travel, see, know.
The country house Le Case is surrounded by greenery, just 17 minutes away from Assisi. The place offers everything you need to relax, from walks in the green to the pool, while the place in a broader sense is an excellent setting for practicing yoga and speaking about spirituality.
I still reserve some time to decide the topic that will be the common thread of these three days and that I will communicate later. It’s necessary to find the right topic for the right place! 🙂

PROGRAM

7.00 – 9.30 hatha-yoga and meditation

9.45 breakfast

10.30 – 11.30 reflections and yoga theory

11.30 – 12.00 awareness exercises

13.00 lunch

14.00 – 18.30 free time

18.30 – 20.00 hatha-yoga and meditation

20.30 dinner

21.30 – 22.00 games

The program will start on Thursday 09th July at 6.00 pm and end on Sunday 12 July at 2.00 pm

(with check out of the rooms by 11.00 am).

COST: 380€ – Includes: full board with vegetarian meals and accommodation in double rooms, yoga lessons, use of the swimming pool.

For accommodation in triple rooms there is a discount on the price (€ 350 total); while the double single use accommodation has a total cost of € 470. The daily reorganization of the room is only on request with a supplement of € 5 per service. An afternoon snack is also possible on request for € 5 per person.

In the meeting of the first evening (at 6.00 pm before the practice) we will agree on the initiatives that can be of common interest.
