With regard to the new decree, I suspended all meetings organized in March and until April 3rd. But I was sorry not to do anything right now that yoga can be of great help. So I thought of a way to stay united, supportive and above all peaceful.
I decided to take this opportunity as a challenge with 25 words for 25 days: every day I will release a podcast, in which I will present a Sanskrit word and its use in yoga, and I will guide a technique to put that word into practice.
I will choose words and techniques that can help us maintain serenity for each day of this quarantine until April 3rd. Below you find the link to the first episode and you will find the others day after day. The links will also be updated daily on Facebook and Instagram.
