Yoga Practice and Civilization in the Park

Three evenings in which yoga practice meets some of the topics of greatest discussion of the moment: environmentalism, the fight against patriarchy, freedom and pluralism.

Through yoga practice, enriched with concise theoretical inputs, you will live with the body the awareness of the aforementioned themes. In this way the practice turns into an all-round experience, where the body, mind, heart, spirit are acculturated, stimulated, awakened.
