The 2020 yoga holiday in Assisi at the Le Case country residence went so well that I decided to return there also for the summer of 2021.

Everything was perfect: from the kitchen to the spaces for yoga, from the rooms to the gardens where we could meet for games and theory, from the swimming pool to the greenery of the surroundings for relaxation and walks. Without of course forgetting the magic of Assisi, just 15 minutes by car from the residence.

In short, a formula that pleases and satisfies everyone: those who want to retire from the world for a few days and focus only on themselves and on practice and those who love to travel, see, know.

The 2020 holiday was dedicated to the theme of compassion and bhakti-yoga, given the proximity of the topics with the aura of the place linked to St. Francis. I still reserve time to establish the theme of the 2021 holiday, waiting for the right inspiration.

PROGRAM

7.00 – 9.30 hatha-yoga e meditation

9.45 breakfast

10.30 – 11.30 reflections and yoga theory

11.30 – 12.00 awareness exercises

13.00 lunch

14.00 – 18.30 free time

18.30 – 20.00 hatha-yoga e meditation

20.30 dinner

21.30 – 22.00 games

The program will start on Thursday 08 July at 6.00 pm and will end on Sunday 11 July at 2.00 pm

COST: 380€ – Includes: full board with vegetarian meals and accommodation in double rooms, yoga lessons, use of the swimming pool..

For accommodation in triple rooms there is a reduction in the price (350 € total); while accommodation in double single use involves a total cost of € 470. The daily cleaning of the room is only on request with a supplement of € 5 per service. An afternoon snack is also possible on request at the price of 5 € per person.

In the meeting on the first evening (at 6.00 pm before the practice) we will agree on the initiatives that may be of common interest.
