Parivritti – Exchange

«The words of Krishna, skilful at changing the hearts of His adversaries, superior to all in extinguishing all doubts in the universe, authoritative and economical, endowed with many meanings, have today made all my mental functions blissful» (Sri Bhakti-rasamrta-sindhu, 2.1.75).

Parivritti is an exchange, a barter, a giving back. It also indicates a return, a turning back. Krishna’s words turn back the words of his opponents or the doubts of his followers. Worshiping Krishna promises his followers an exchange of affection, which brings bliss and clarity to the mind. This is bhakti-yoga, the yoga of devotion.

A pleasantness that is established in relationships with people helps you, Leo, to forget for a moment that sense of discouragement that unfortunately Saturn puts on you. A word said at the right time is enough to make you reconsider a whole vision of things and to give rise to a new idea. Stay strong of what you exchange with others in the first half of the month and remember it when towards the end of the month you feel this breath of pleasure fading.
