Bādha – torment
«When there is bondage due to discursive thought, the cultivation of the opposite [is prescribed]» (Yoga-sūtra, 2.33).
Exactly one year ago I was recommending this same phrase to you, Scorpio. On the other hand, April-May is the period of your anti-birthday and it is possible that some annoyance will come over. Bādha, also bādhana, is precisely something that causes disturbance, an obstacle, a nuisance and even suffering.
Everybody experiences inner conflicts, but in some moments they make themselves felt more than in others: unexpected events, unexpected consequences of your actions or even authoritarian figures who do not share your positions just to name a few examples. All this puts patience and vitality at risk. Yet it all depends on the point of view from which you look at what happens. Because in the midst of so many events there are also positive ones, there are good and comforting relationships and physical and mental strength, the resilience that every human being can unleash at the right moment. The good news is that as much as the planets orient themselves more or less like last year these days, actually a nice trine of Mars and Jupiter, especially from the second half of the month will make you look right at the positive events.
