Fortitude!

Jupiter comes to the aid of Pisces with a bit of optimism. Even Venus and, from the middle of the month, Mercury lighten the weight that Pisces must endure in these years in which the slow Neptune looms. Neptune gives physical tiredness, little resistance to efforts, confused ideas due to exhaustion, but at least the trine of the other three planets facilitates relationships with people (thanks to the typical sensitivity of Neptune, its positive aspect) and gives a glimmer of light .

Bala in Sanskrit means strength, power, energy. It is obtained, together with beauty, grace and adamantine solidity, through the practice of yoga, in particular of asceticism. It is said that by practicing samyama (meditative process) on the strength of different animals or anything having a certain power, a similar power is acquired.

Rest your body, but be strong inside, Pisces. Help yourself with this sequence:

Paścimottāna-āsana, stretch of the west or back of body. Since the purpose here is the ability to abandon yourself, you can use a support to lean the forehead.  Don’t look for stretching, don’t look for anything. If you are able to let yourself go, the feeling of relaxation is magnificent! // From 1 to 5 min.

Anuloma-Viloma prānāyāma, literally natural-unnatural breath, also called nādī-śuddhi or nādī-śodhana, that is cleansing of the channels. Go on like last month with this technique. It is almost a panacea for your general health. Try to exhale twice the time of the inhalation! // From 3 to 10 min.

Visualization. Sit down in a meditative posture. Take your time to relax all your muscles. Imagine a mountain with a lawn. Visualize a waterfall and a stream of clear, transparent, shallow water. Go near the waterfall, look at it, listen to the noise, the aromas around; immerse yourself into the water: in the waterfall or in the stream that flows a little further below. Think about the things that bother you, physical and mental problems, think that this flowing water takes away anything that bothers you. Let yourself be cleansed by this limpid mountain water. Then exit the waterfall or stream, observe the sensations after washing. // From 5 to 15 min.

TOTAL TIME: from 9 to 30 minutes.
