Libra

«One who sees the Supersoul (Īśvaram) equally present everywhere, in every living being, does not degrade himself by his mind. Thus he approaches the transcendental destination».  (Bhagavad-gītā, 13.29)

A critical turning point!

Uranus again disturbs the last born of Libra asking for courageous changes. Saturn square, instead, weighs on the first two decades giving them discouragement for the adversities that put obstacles to projects. Even physical health is not at its best. You must remain calm so as not to aggravate the state of health with your thoughts. You are laying the groundwork for a new future, so you need to stay strong and confident. Moon will join your Sun on New Year’s Eve  and this will help you to recharge positively for the New Year purposes.

Īśvara is a special spirit, a soul superior to all others, superior even to the Creators as Brahma. Īśvara is everywhere, in everything, and at the same time it is not touched by anything. In the Yoga-sūtra Īśvara-pranidhāna, that is “surrender to Īśvara”, is prescribed as a preliminary and fundamental practice in the path towards self-realization. In simpler terms this pranidhāna, surrender, can be translated as an act of faith, of trust. Everything is pervaded by Īśvara, what happens is according to Īśvara and it makes sense in the perspective of totality.

Stay confident Libra. Keep calm and work hard to build your future, even if sometimes it seems difficult.

Increase confidence with this short sequence:

Dhārmika-āsana, devotee pose. There is something bigger than you, which often decides for you. Think that it decides the best for you, for your evolution. // From 1 to 3 min.

Vriksha-āsana, tree pose. Stable on your legs, as you know it is you. Centered on yourself, but with the heart open to the other. It sinks well your roots and you can also face the storms. // 1 min per side.

Ujjāyī prānāyāma, breath that gives victory or victorious breath. Sitting in a comfortable meditative pose, breathe, listen to your slow and deep breath. Be patient and calm. Use this breath to clear and stabilize the mind. Repeat it during the day in any position you are. Try to exhale twice the time of inhaltion! // From 3 to 6 min.

TOTAL TIME: from 6 to 11 minutes.

MANTRA of the MONTH: «I trust».
