Virgo

« Clarification of the mind (citta-prasādanam) results from the cultivation of friendliness, compassion, happiness, and equanimity in conditions of pleasure, dissatisfaction, merit, and absence of merit, respectively».  (Yoga-sūtra, 1.33)

A trial!

It’s not an easy time for you, Virgo. Sun and Jupiter square asks you to be disciplined and to show that you really want to carry out your projects. Mars makes you irritable and you have to pay attention while working with others, because there is a risk of ruining what you are carefully building. Pitfalls are around every corner with opposite Neptune. Furthermore Mercury square in the second half of the month will give hectic days. The trick to overcome all this is to keep calm and self-control. Thus you will end victorious, passing the test that life asks you now.

Prasāda means “calm”, “serenity”, “limpidity” and “favor”, “free gift” too. It is a state of inner serenity, serenity of the mind (citta-prasādanam) essential to reach samadhi. It can be cultivated with care and effort, but for theist schools it has to be considered a state of grace, a gift given by God. In fact, in the religious tradition, prasāda is the offering of food, which after being dedicated to the gods, it is distributed among the devotee.

You can cultivate calm with exercise, Virgo, and yoga is a great help for this. An extra help could be a grace of heaven, if you just remember to stay humble and that there are forces stronger than you.
