Happy Birthday! 

«As a child among children, an adult among adults, brave among the brave, young among the young, and sensitive to the suffering of others, stable, always satisfied, accurate, wise, simple and sweet, never lets go to recriminations and to self-pity, but always speaks in a spiritual way» (Annapurna-upanishad, 2.31-32).

Neptune now shows you its best side and that sensitivity that it infuses will come out in your contacts, in your communication, travels and in everything you need to learn. It will be useful for you, as now you have clear ideas and the right optimism to outline your new intentions.

The Upanishads quote refers to the jivanmukta, or a freed person, a person who has obtained full knowledge and full realization (jivanmukti). The jivanmukta is sensitive and always speaks in a spiritual way. Take it as a reference, Pisces. The commitment you will put into it will be repaid at the end of the month by a promising Venus that will allow you to lull you into affections.

Stay open to others with these exercises:

Setubandha-āsana, bridge pose. Open your heart and build a bridge between you and the other. United and open you can have fun! // 1-2 min.

Ardha-Matsyendra-āsana, half Matsyendra pose. The ability to turn on each side indicates the willingness to open up to others. At the same time the pose makes you feel a sense of pride and dignity, giving you joy and good mood. // 1-2 min. per side.

Mauna, ritual silence. You do not have to be in a meditative position. You can do this exercise at any time during the day. I recommend in the morning immediately after getting up. Take ten minutes to listen: the noise of the water while you wash your face, the clink of the cups when you take one to make coffee, the refrigerator door that opens, and so on … listen to every little sound and you will notice that in all those little noises, you will find a wonderful silence, the silence of the mind. Practice listening. // 10 min.
