Pratighata – reaction
«Therefore whoever enjoys the happiness of Brahman and saccidananda characteristics, and is free from ignorance, cannot be bound by the reactions of action» (Varaha Upanishad, 2.17).
Sometimes things happen that surprise us for better or for worse, because we don’t expect them. Whether it’s for unexpected events or for something that is not exactly as you want, observe your reactions, both of disappointment or on the contrary arrogant. You have the energy to cope with anything that happens, take responsibility for yourself and clarify with others, as long as you are fully aware of yourself.
Dhrishti-āsana, firmness pose
Stay stable in the opening. Try this position every day for just 20 seconds.
Pin every time you reacted impulsively and maybe differently than you would normally think. Review the notes later this month.
