«There is no possibility of one’s becoming a yogé, O Arjuna, if one eats too much or eats too little, sleeps too much or does not sleep enough. He who is regulated in his habits of eating, sleeping, recreation and work can mitigate all material pains by practicing the yoga system» (Bhagavad-gītā, 6.16-17).
Among the various meanings of yukta, there is “appropriate”, “suitable”, “intelligent”, “joint”, “united”. The yogi knows how to find the right measure in things and for this he advances serenely.
It could be the return to more sustained work rates or some destabilizing event that gives you a sense of stress towards the end of the month. Jupiter is on your side and will help you, as long as you don’t overestimate your possibilities and what you can actually do. Rather than feel exhausted at the end of the month and not wanting to deal with problems, relax earlier when the situation is calmer. And above all remember the right measure!
