Svādhyāya – self-study
«And it stands to reason that wisdom arises in him whose mind has been purified by svādhyāya or recitation of the sacred text» (Taittiriya Upanishad, 1.10).
There are times when you don’t feel like facing a problem or questioning yourself. In this way, however, there is often the risk of putting the dust under the carpet and accumulating tensions, which sooner or later will present their account. The resulting disappointment cannot be a surprise because what happens is a consequence of what has been done. Does it sound like something you’ve already experienced, that you know very well, Capricorn? And what can you do about it? The answer is: become aware of yourself, deep down. Study yourself and purify the mind.
